\u00a0Some possible causes are in this case (in reference about this pictures):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Incorrect voltage on the brake control unit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Brake control unit failed<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Air gap is not correct<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Incorrect braking torque<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Braking during operation &#8211; Emergency stops<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Overlapping wear during start and stop of drive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Friction of the brake coil with the air gap.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Active braking via the drive motor with support of brake (quick stop) <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Starting wear in case of motor mounting position with vertical shaft, even when \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the brake is not applied. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Relative movements and shocks between brake rotor and brake shaft <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Number of start\/stop cycles<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Number of brake switching operations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">-Load alternation and jerks in the brake<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211;
