Normally, the “red triangle of death” is a hybrid battery warning, but it can also be a low oil pressure warning.
Check the oil level first and top off if it is low. If the oil level is OK, you can scan your form codes safely. Toyota P0A80 or P3000 codes usually indicate a problem with the hybrid battery.
