Once your engine is received, it is thoroughly cleaned and reconditioned. Our specialized technicians disassemble, inspect and test each component of the engine individually (encoder).
After replacing the non-functioning components, we check the servomotor with one of our Schneider Electric drivers, testing it both in forward motion and reverse for at least an hour.
The client’s machine was stopped and they needed the two servomotors urgently to be able to return to work as soon as possible. We did not have the motor in stock and the delivery time for a new one was extremely long due to the lack of components (electronics, chips, etc.) that nowadays come from China.
This lack of electronic material leads to very long delivery times for encoders, resolvers, brakes, etc. from the main European manufacturers.
